Essentially traveling with me is like traveling with a frequent flyer. If you know where you'd like to stay and don't require itinerary design services, we're happy to book your hotel on a complimentary basis. Through Melted & Moved's preferred hotel partnerships, you'll receive access to exclusive rates, VIP recognition, and additional amenities such as daily breakfast, hotel credits, and priority for upgrades when available.
Business Class Air
$400+ planning fee based on the length and complexity of your trip.
Air ticketing is available for business and first class reservations and is subject to a $50 ticketing fee per traveler.
Airline change, cancellation, and fare rules vary by ticket and carrier. Additional fees may apply for changes, cancellations, or after-hours assistance.

Will working with an advisor cost more?
Any commission we receive is paid by the vendor, and the rates that we are able to offer you are at least as good - if not better - than the rates you would be able to find on your own. Plus, by booking through us, you are able to get special treatment, complimentary VIP benefits, and various upgrades that you wouldn't be entitled to if you booked on your own. Even with our planning fees, which depend on the complexity of your trip, the added value makes up for it.
Do you have trip minimums or require a certain budget for a trip?
No, however we specialize in booking 4-5 star hotels and luxury trips where we can provide the most value. The budget for a weekend getaway and a European vacation are vastly different. This means we generally work with budgets of $1,000 per day and up for full itinerary planning. Before planning, we will have a conversation regarding budget to determine if we're the best fit for your needs.
